Ali Jomehri from north London only took up running in his 60s and quickly rattled off four marathons, including three of the World Marathon Majors. A chronic asthmatic he credits running with transforming his health, with his dependance on inhalers a thing of the past. With his 80th birthday coming up next year he is still running regularly, with the local Park Run a weekly fixture in his diary and he is focused on doing one more marathon! Age is just a number. Listen and be inspired.
